Sharp Edge? I have him, he's fun

Just read Pete's tweet and we have 5 Knights, 5 Pirates and a Decepticon Rogue to guess (one member has said it could be Axor). The Troop Builders I know will be called Maraudicons, as those were (a) Cannonball's troops in the Wings Universe

And I already have an idea for BH Knock Out: a G2 colored Mirage.

The resident Rewind... well, half of one

What's your reasoning for wanting a G2 Mirage made out of BH Knock Out?

I can see where you're coming from now. That could work, I don't know if I'd get it, but it's far from a bad idea.

Those too... in short, no shortage of molds there.

Can't wait for Cannonball's reveal in the upcoming issue, the mold alone should be interesting enough.

And with this theme being so original it would a prime opportunity to create all new characters.

Having finally gotten my TCC magazine issue #55, it sounds like all/most of the TFs in Cannonball's crew will be former members of Squadron X. So, not so much pirates as "old Marvel G1 characters who had no toys" like Straxus and Jhiaxus were.
I think it's pretty safe to say that Tornado will another toy.

Okay, so then, for reference:

Macabre - Purple, fairly robust build with flying alternate mode.
Tornado - Silvery, blue, thin build - presumably turns into something fast?
Fang - Big green blocky brick of a guy with a pile-driver fist, and covered in spikes.
Earthquake - Red dozer-bladed vehicle of some sort.
Triton - Green and gold with what sounds like a slimy personality and aquatic alternate mode.
Ferak - White air-warrior, alt looks like a flying wing type thing.
Crosscut - Gold and green aerial gunship type thing?
I'd be very confident that Ferak could be done from the Thrilling 30 Megatron/Dreadwing bomber body. Fang seems like he could be made from TF:Prime Breakdown, though it's hard to imagine Hasbro adding all the distinctive spikes.
Of course, I'm also looking at my Predacon shelf, and oddly seeing:
Predaking => Macabre (wings and spikes in the right places)
Ripclaw (or Bakudora) => Fang (the toy does have spikes and fangs)
Grimwing & Blackbeak => Earthquake & Triton?
Vertebreak => Crosscut
Skystalker => Ferak/Tornado

I'm shocked they didn't use the BH design of Ratchet for Cannonball. I think a super-van with a huge-ass turbine on it's back would've been a more fun design of Cannonball.
