not a big deal...really, and I don't have hate for Brits by the way, I actually was born one.. But yeah the UK, as of right now, if you import will get a better deal then Canadians or Australians..unfortunately... but Australia is too far away for me to make a difference.. but here in the US, Canada is close by so we can try to brain storm on some way to get them to the masses in the red leafed north..

Sorry Master, I didn't mean to sound like a jag. Like, throughout my posts in this thread in general. I'd be all for helping Canucks get a hold of this figure if we organized, but as stated I just got mine via eBay and still haven't seen it in person. And I don't wanna get banned.

That's not narrow mindedness, the UK, Australia they can order from the Takara release, and as with most stuff, you guys get exclusives too.. I've seen Hasbro's and takara's European exclusive releases, and not all of them are crap...

I am more than **** tired of Hasblo and it's cohorts.

It is a damn sight cheaper for a canadian to hop across the boarder than it is for us to pay for international shipping on top of inflated prices.

If something costs $10 USD in the US, why is it worth $20 USD in the UK?

The quality is no better, nothing has changed. So why are we short-handed?

Call it a rant if you will, but right now, the rest of the world can go roger itself for all I care.

That's why, once I get out of university with my masters in astrophysics, I'm moving straight to the US and never looking back.

Well, I don't think it's quite that simple. International currencies are really really complicated. But, as I understand it:
It isn't that somethig is worth 10USD here (USA) and 20USD there (UK), it's that it's worth 10 British Pounds in the UK...

Currency is based on what people are willing to pay for something, not what it's actually worth. This is the driving principle of the world economy as it is today. Everything used to be based on what it was actually worth, but that doesn't cut it any more.
