After all, his Chidori houses both of the symbiotes weaknesses.

The chirping noise = sonic(though it may not be loud enough to have any effect)

and lightning = Fire

Not to mention, Carnage doesn't move as fast as Kakashi

fire may harm carange but he's dealt with people like the human torch and came out the victor (even if later he was beaten.)
