I've always loved this mold. Most of the black Primes are just lame repaints, but this thing offers a bit more.

Other than hands and a headswap, what other kitbashing did you do on this guy? I don't own a baracade, so I can't quite tell.

thats a really good point. and since energon had a lot of gestalts anyway . why not add a missing one..

thanks everyone for more than kind words. as far as the combiner mode i have a sweet head made from the smaller head on the big armada prime. i have to examine swerve/clocker to see if i can add a combiner port. and thanks again guys

hey! I just realized thats Cybertron Hotshot's head! sweet. Now I have a head for a different prime I've been working on. Never noticed before just how similar the two were.

ahh the ingredients yes gundam hands i will have those on everything eventually. hotshots head that head can be used for anything. megatron,prowl,megatron,prime,ironhide,magmatron the kickbutt new magmatron don did for beastwars anything. that grill on him is from the kt figure prime( lost the matrix doh) styrene strips and dollar store bumper. i looked over my swerve it doesent look good for combiners unless i can get my hands on some more to really dissect. and thanks again folks for all th nice words.

i dont think swerve will make the transition to combiner thanks though gawd . asphalt if you dont want to use hot water. try using a thin flathead screwdriver to prye the head off. and i wanted to give a special thanks to dev for putting together my gallery so cool.
