Titans Return figures can still be found here and there. Sometimes overlooked amid the Voyagers and Deluxes are some pretty fine Legends figures. Among them - Seaspray! He's a little... hovercraft thingy that is actually pretty cool for the size and price. This is Halloween season. What's spooky about Seaspray, you may ask? How about that mermaid episode in the G1 cartoon series...?
