i was wondering does deodrant effect my transformer toys in any way like smoking causes them to yellow

It will keep them fresh and body odour free for up to 24 hours! Just keep it away from the ones in black, white marks can be embarrassing at parties.

So, no. I have no idea if it would affect them, but I doubt it. Unless you spray them and set it on fire.

What else besides smoking causes plastic to yellow? sunlight?

Many things can cause plastic to yellow. However, given enough time, all plastice will yellow. It's in it's chemical makeup.

However, these will speed the process up.

A)Smoking.
B)Exposure to chemicals, i.e. your stinky pits!
C)Exposure to Sunlight mostly UV.
D)Heat. If the plastic heats up enough top change the chemical compounds, then breakeage and discolouring happens.

So the safest way to make sure that none of your TF yellow, is not to buy them. That way you won't be disappointed when it doesn't happen.

Funny, and almost true. Almost didn't buy a G1 Sky Lynx because I didn't want to go through the pain of seeing him yellow in his golden years (golden, yellow, get it?)
