This would work actually on any of the Starscream-type Seekers, but Skywarp's my favorite.
Basically what I did was relocate the peg that attaches his guns to his arms. This lets him raise his arms without having to swing his wings out of the way. I made the new peg out of a styrene tube with a smaller gage rod inside. I didn't take pictures of it before I installed it so I made a quickie diagram.

The fit was almost perfect, but they still needed a bid of melting and mashing to tighten them up.

Secondly, I snipped off those big child-safe bulbs on his missles and made little gun barrels for him. Once they're off the bulbs actually look like cool little grenades.

I think that this livens him up quite a bit.
The Classics line has been a real joy for me. Most of them are 90% of the way there, which means I get a great toy and a fun project.
