I found a Transformers cartoon boxed set that has 107 episodes from the Headmasters, Master Force and Victory series on 6 dvds.. someone from Malaysia is selling it online..

Does anyone here own this boxed set? I'm just wondering how the quality of the video is if they've somehow squeezed 107 episodes onto 6 dvds while the original 98 episodes of G1 are on 15-16 dvds in their boxed set.

Are these double sided dual layer discs (making them about 12 dual layers) or are the episodes encoded so poorly they just mashed them onto discs?

I guess I'm just wondering if this is a worth while investment.

These are the only two legit releases I know of, I own the UK one, it's not without its flaws, but is a damn good set and comes with Zone too.

Some of the regulars over in the Cartoon forum may be in a better position to assist you with the pros and cons (no pun intended #-o
