Okay my 'Ultra Magnus Commemorative series 1' reissue arived yesterday morning. But when i opened him up i noticed that the right arm ( In the armor form ) couldnt move, the elbow part, so today i took a closer look and i saw that they had **** placed a wrong piece of plastic! ... Let me explain it like this, there is 2 pieces of plastic with the elbow ( Armor mode ) there hold the arm piece. the left pieces was the same a the left arms right piece! ...

So he cant move the right arm, only the shoulder part, but thats not enough to make good articulation ...

Damn it hasbro! ...

I payed like 142$ ( Figure + shipping + control tax ) !!! ...

Well, now my question is, if i return this figure to Bigbadtoystore, do I then have 2 pay for the shipping to the Us and back again if i get a new one?

If they'll pay for the shipping i would like to change him, but again i could get another figure with another failure ...

Hasbro makes Crappy toys! At least i can hope my Encore Prime will be in good shape, thats Takara! They rocks! ...

I'm not exactly sure how they'd handle your specific situation but you should check with Big Bad Toy Store's customer service. They have one of the best in the business.

Okay, thank you God Magnus, i emailed them 10 minuttes ago.
Maybe they will send me a new figure?
Btw, its a really nice toy! Except for the failure, hes really cool, im still glad for him, but if i can get a new figure without paying for shipping and control tax ill be glad.

No, if anything, they will probably offer you store credit, and this is the second complaint I have seen about the Ultra Magnus re-issue from BBTS. Not their fault, but odd.

They may also have you send it back to them, and then they will ship you a new one. It's possible, but not as likely as store credit.

I just opened a mail from BBTS, they'll send me a new figure, they have paid for the item and shipping!
Fantastic Customer Service ...
They even told me that when i pay for the Control Tax, i could tell them the price and they would give me it as Store-credit! ...

EDIT* Okay, i read the email again, they told me that the old figure wasnt worth to send back!
