Question about Ebay member rooted_toy

First, apologies if this is the wrong forum.

Have any of you ebayers dealt with a member named rooted_toy before? He currently has a listing for Justitoys WST Grimlock and Slag two-pack that I'm really tempted to get and was wondering if he's a reputable seller.
