How come every TF made by Allspark on Earth was mean? were they all Decepticons?

think of it as a new born baby that doesnt know nothing but it learns later on when someone teaches them.

In the running scene I think the Decepticons where just the ones who came online and wanted to hurt things.

The stuff that turned into autobots probably didn't have much urge to transform.

Personally, I think the video camera Bot in the box was cool with his little RPG and machine gun. And my wife really loved the Mt Dew bot, shooting Mt Dew cans at everyone when he transformed. Too cool.

What do you mean... you know the Autobots were created by the Allspark too. That Cellphone guy... was awesome... not mean.

That seems to be the general idea, for lack of any other explanation.

They were born during a fire fight. what would you do if you were just thrown in a gun battle? And as for the cell phone guy, he was captured by alien beings. what would you do if you were locked up with huge aliens looking at you and you had guns and explosives?

Ok there's like three posts about this, but I think this is the original....

In anycase someone else brought this up in one of the other threads and I think it probably the most logical answer. The Sector 7 prick stated all Earth's technology was from studying Megatron. Therefore everthing we use probably had his robotic DNA in it just waiting to release their inner evil in some sort of way, lol. I don't think its simply a primal instinct thing as I believe they all displayed red eyes signifying decepticon. I know the Nokia phone did, uncertain about the Dew-bot. I'd think they would have blue autobot eyes or some other nutral color if they were just "scared newborns"...

Beside makes for good plot device for a sequal. Starscreen realizes that Earth technology is a potential decepticon army waiting to be release under his commnad finds a way to turn some of earth's vehicles into decepticons (perhaps he has a piece of the allspark or something). Sound crazy? One word for ya... CONSTRUCTICONS. Nuff said, lol.

you'd have thought that with all the prequel nonsense, some important information like this would have been sorted out

speakign of prequels, Did anyone else feel taht they were not needed to enjoy the film? Almost nothign in them added to the movie, expect to explain the War.

I think its one of those BIG ASS GAPING HOLES in the story line that must be assumed.

The MT. Dew Bot was incredibly awesome.
