Suggestion for Skullcruncher:
Drop Rnk & End completely; drop Crg by 1, up Spd and Str by 1, and up Ram to 5. Also try to keep him in Tag Team and 4on4 missions; rammers aren't particularly great in missions, but they do better in those types than others. Baring that, enter him into missions where he's the top level. Only when you can find any of the above should you send him to the arena.
