Not sure which way I was wanting to go with this one; Nemesis Prime or just Black Optimus Prime. Leaning towards Nemesis.

Yes, he's already received some battle damage from transforming for pictures. I'm also thinking of adding some red or gold accents.

Or does everyone hate the Titaniums so much that there are no words. :shock:

This was the first Titanium for me to open and even though I was expecting crap I was still surprised at just how crappy they were made. Out of 90 something pieces only 8 were metal not including screws. I still think they look great in the box.

Very nice, man. I really like what you did with it. A couple touch-ups to even out the paint on a couple places and it'd be absolutely perfect.

I'm usually in the camp that black repaints = no, but that's only because of how Takara usually does them: completely black and not much in the way of detail. Yours, on the other hand, looks absolutely fantastic and is detailed very well.

So, if I did one like this only Ultra Magnus colors it would be unique? I know Magnus had his own form in Rid, but it could look nice. Or maybe turn him into lucky draw black Prime like MacrossFA19 did a couple months back to the real RID Prime?

For Inferno? I'm not sure about the size, but I imagine you could probably even get away with a G1 version or Action Master with the right mods.
Actually, I wouldn't mind getting hold of one of these for a mini-Defensor... or the full-scale version to do a full-on Protectobot upgrade... *drools*

I was thinking the KO Defensor set I got a few years ago would work nice. They were easy to break and break they did as I let my nephews play with them. Now they are boneyard. My son likes playing with the half that's left of Inferno because of the ladder. He won't miss the head at all. This means I will have to get another RID Titanium Prime.
I also have extra Titaniums Soundwave, Starscream, and Rodimus Prime. I'd like to repaint/bash these guys, but I'm not sure what into. Any suggestions besides the obvious seekers? Anybody want to trade soundwave and rodimus for anything?

Maybe. I just thought of having the Protectobots a bit like Minicons, attaching to the super-mode armour. The normal-mode Prime functions as Hot Spot, then you combine him with the armour and the minibots to form Defensor.
You might be able to have the minibots functioning as full armour, but that'd be more than a minor mod-job, and likely a full (and very tricky) scratchbuild.

And I assume you meant Hot Spot when you referred to the broken bot - he's the leader of the Protectobots; Inferno's the Wave 2 'Autobot Car'. Although if the KO is the one I'm thinking of, he does look more like Inferno than Hot Spot, given the colour scheme...

Inferno would be easy, Hotspot would be cooler though.
Your Idea of the fullsize RID Defensor would be sweet. You would have to use bots from different sereies, unless you just went with minicons. van,car,bike,copter. I can't do it cause I don't have RID Prime anymore.
