Both Blackouts
Both Bonecrushers

And for those holding on to the Grindor toy name argument....
Both Devastators (Being Brawl was dubbed Devastator in film)
I would like that these characters stay dead. And all their copies and clones and whatever other "from" is out there....all erased.
All of Devastator's components and the individual Constructicons are separate entities. Demolishor was killed in the beginning of the movie, there's no way possible he was a part of Devastator at the end of the film. Rampage was killed by Bumblebee, he too, was not a part of Devastator. Neither was Long Haul. They cannot be in two places at the same time, nor can they be a part of Devastator and be totally separate entities. Due to them being separate entities, you will see more Constructicons in the future.
There were not two Blackouts. There was ONE. A protoform named Grindor copied Blackout's disguise, that's all. They're two totally different robots.
Bonecrusher is DEAD. Prime beheaded him in the first film. The second one? I have no idea who it is, but it isn't Bonecrusher.
Arcee is a hive mind shared over three robots. They only have separate names in toy form only. To help sell the figures. Arcee could respawn the other two pieces if it's necessary, or maybe the third component will die without the other two. There's a good chance that the third component won't survive without the other two. You might just get your wish. (Before you try and argue that the Constructicons are like Arcee, don't. Demolishor was a continent (and perhaps a world) away from the other components, not possible to share the hive mind. Arcee always had her three components near by.)
Brawl's incorrect naming was due to a communication error between Bay's team and Hasbro. He was always intended to be Brawl, but Bay wanted the name Devastator. Both Brawl and Devastator (two different beings) are DEAD. A protoform sharing Brawl's disguise never showed up in the second film and it's highly unlikely he'll appear in the third film, so I'm not even sure why you brought him up. Most people have forgotten about him.
As for the "copies and clones" as you put it...there are no set in stone rules that the protoforms have to follow. They were told to stay in disguise, so they chose a form that was appropriate for them. If they happen to share the same vehicle as a fellow Decepticon member does, big whoop. It's going to happen.
In G1, Ratchet and Ironhide shared the same alt mode. No one complains about that. Bluestreak, Prowl, and Smokescreen all share the same alt mode, no one complains about that. The Seekers, second verse same as the first.
Yet you can complain about Bayverse Decepticons doing the exact same thing as what was done in G1... That makes absolutely no sense to me. None.
And that whole "doesn't hold water..." comment and mentality tell me you're just being silly. Unreasonable and silly.
I'm noticing this as being a trend with your posts when it comes to the movie(s). I'd say you're bordering on trollish behavior. Either that or you really are missing the point.
I think it's more likely that you're capable of getting the point, you're just missing it on purpose for the sake of it.
