Ooo fun. These would be my guesses.
Siege - where there’s obviously a focus on weapons as the gimmick
Attrition - where energon is now scarce, both sides have to rely on an energon star-esque gimmick as a fuel substitute (because there’s always a gimmick). Bringing over weapons from the first line, but with more focus on melee, since those don’t require energon.
Victory - wrapping up the war. Final victory is in sight for the autobots, with the aid of bots like Star Saber and Victory Leo.

Usually Wave 1 up to Deluxe or Voyager is shown in its entirety, and anything else partially. If that's the case, it's possible the wave principles got reworked yet again by eliminating 1 figure per Class. If the assortments have shrunk as well (like 6 Deluxes per case instead of the usual 8 )...
Hasbro, you'd better know what you're doing by spreading all planned all figures across 3 years!
We know there's three figures from wave 1 that weren't shown based on known ID numbers and probably a second Voyager and Leader based on previous lines, making five possible missing Decepticons. I'll fill in some possible blanks based on what you laid out from the Amazon leak and how PotP wave 1 looked.
Wave 1
Battle Masters:
WFC-S1 Firedrive
WFC-S? Lionizer
WFC-S? ???
Micro Masters:
WFC-S? Battle Patrol
WFC-S? Race Car Patrol
WFC-S? ??? (Air Strike Patrol?)
Deluxe:
WFC-S? ???
WFC-S? Hound
WFC-S? COG
WFC-S10 Sideswipe
Voyager:
WFC-S11 Optimus Prime
WFC-S12 ??? (Starscream?)
Leader:
WFC-S?? Ultra Magnus
WFC-S?? ??? (Shockwave?)
Wave 2 is a little more up in the air since the assortments can vary wildly. MM Rescue Patrol, Ironhide, and Chromia are all wave 2.

Re: Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege Discussion Thread
I could see the Micromaster gimmick being expanded upon into different size class, like Micromaster one-pack replacing the Battlemasters. Or things like Micromaster two-bot combiners (as in two bots, one vehicle), regular-style micromaster combiners, full teams replacing the Deluxe or Voyager price point (unlikely), playset or some other variation of the theme. My guess is the Deluxe and Voyager scales won't see gimmicks, however.

I have another very expensive interest that suddenly took over me. So I guess my future TF purchases will amount to the best of my favorites. So, so far only Leader Magnus, Cog, Sixgun, and some Micromasters are on my list. I might even have to store away a few TFs.. DAMN YOU, SPACE!
Come see my latest creation, the COMPLETE combiner team, Scorponok and his Pretenders, forming SHELLSHOCK

So, having ready 15 pages, it's time to catch up here:
Battlemaster dudes: Awesome! I will buy them all. Weapons are always welcome.
Micromasters: Hell yeah! Again, I will buy them all. I am super stoked for Stakeout in particular.
Chromia: glad I have the T30 one, it is much better.
Sideswipe: still really good, he is a need.
Hound: my opinion on him skyrocketed. Great looking figure, love the aesthetic, love the looks. He is a buy despite having a good CW version of him.
Ironhide: well done! You finally gave him a decent toy! shame it's not a voyager, but it still looks pretty good. I love the giant ass gun/hammer too, that is perfect. Much like Hound, he'll get his standalone figure to go with his CW self.
COG is the standout figure for me from the reveals. He looks so good! Yes, he partsforms, but that's ok! He is literally a rolling arsenal with tons of guns and he totally pulls some Victory Leo combining skills with the deluxes. Fantastic!
Prime: still meh on him, will take a while to decide on him.
Magnus: he looks good, but I am more than satisfied with my CW Magnus. They put in a great effort with this one though.
Overall, some great reveals here. Still wish the bots leaned more towards the old WFC game aesthetic, as Ironhide seems to be the one that leans most that direction minus COG, but still not bad at all.

I'm kind of hoping for a Cyclonus reveal. The Combiner Wars one looked fine but he need his own mold. Plus, if he's deluxe then he'd be in scale with TR Scourge.

What if they wait until the 3rd part of the trilogy to make an Omega supreme in Animated style as the Ark?

all of you who said "Omega Supreme as the Ark," I love you all.

honestly, I did think that as I wrote it. Since I suspect that this will be our only Omega Supreme attempt, I dont see them pullimg Animated out of their acts, but Primus I would love if they did. I think I would like that more than the G1 Parts former, although you could almost armor up the Tank the same way they are doing this Ultra Magnus.

And everyone missed the joke. Look at the TR boxsets
Anyway, thanks to Emerje, I was able to dissect the mixed listings by looking at the product codes and the trends they follow. With a fair amount of certainty, this is what we may get for WFC:
Battle Masters
Firedrive
Lionizer
Micro Masters
Battle Patrol
Race Car Patrol
Rescue Patrol
Spy Patrol (possibly the missing half of an already released team)
Rescue Patrol
Sports Car Patrol
Road Patrol
Deluxe Class
Sideswipe
Chromia
Ironhide
Autobot Hound
Prowl
Cog
Sixgun
Voyager Class
Optimus Prime
Megatron
Starscream
Thundercracker
Autobot Springer
Leader Class
Ultra Magnus
Optimus Prime?
Yes, we have a Leader Class Shockwave, BUT that may actually be for the Studio Series and not WFC (how does movie Shockwave size to Prime anyway?). This list is nowhere near a certainty, but educated guesses with firm bases.

Re: Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege Discussion Thread
Somehow I highly doubt we'll see all three seekers released at mass retail. Assuming there is no change to line-wide gimmick (at least compared to CW, TR and POTP) in so much Deluxe/Voyagers are concerned I think it's not implausible to think Thundercracker and Skywarp could be saved for the later two lines, possibly as retools (and not just redeco).

One thing that conflicts with all these theories about the latter two installments of the WFC Trilogy is what Warden said about the story of the Siege line being set on something like the Autobots' last day on Cybertron before they blast off into space aboard the Ark, so this Siege line is already having the characters getting ready to leave the planet, meaning that the two successor lines would take place at some time after the Ark launch.

No one expected them to pull RID Magnus' vehicle mode out either, so you never know. Plus, Warden did say that they were going to be paying more attention to other incarnations so there is hope

Well then, only the first part of the Trilogy is the WAR for Cybertron of that's the case. Unless part 2 or 3 is a 'prequel' line which doesn't seem likely. Assuming they don't go to Earth what could it mean, then?

...maybe they end up at other planets inhabited by Cybertronians within the general multiversal canon already established? Velocitron, Junkion, etc? Part 2 could be both factions traveling around for whatever reason (maybe the Ark had to stop and refuel?) and recruiting, and then Part 3 is a no-holds-barred final standoff between the two back on Cybertron.
It's either that, the other two parts of the trilogy focus more on bots who stayed on Cybertron rather than the original Earth crew, like the potential Shockwave, or the Ark gets shot down by the Cons as part of this line's canon, causing the war to stay on Cybertron for once. There are other options I can think of, but these seem to be the most likely, from my perspective anyway.

I like this idea..., I'd be happy to wait 2 years if Hasbro guaranteed it today, to bad they wont.
Victory just kind of seems like an obvious way to wrap up a war themed line. Plus when they first released images of that new Nemesis Prime, Giza made me think that it could easily be turned into a chest piece. So I’m really hoping we get some Chest Force. It would make a great gimmick to tie into the Victory theme. Add to that that Hasbro/Takara we’re already playing with adding extra pieces onto figures’ chests with PotP, by making the combiner hand pieces attachable. There’s definitely a thread to pull.

You know what would be really cool? If the third line was based around the idea of both sides defending cybertron from a third faction...one that would have that years titan class leading them...and the name of this third line? Unicron...

Introducing a third faction could be a really awesome way to infuse some new line into the brand. Plus, if I remember correctly didn’t Hasbro mention that they wanted to introduce brand new bots?
It’d be great if a potential third faction was comprised of not affiliated, overpowered transformers, sent in by a universe-wide coalition to wipe out both the Autobots and the Decepticons because the universe is tired of their bs, 4 million year war.

I know an excellent and super expensive figure exist, but I'd really love to see the next Titan as WFC Omega Supreme. NOT his classic form. Unless he could look like his classic G1 self in bot mode, but his altmode would be a kick-acc spaceship instead of a silly base. It would be just perfect for this line.
Come see my latest creation, the COMPLETE combiner team, Scorponok and his Pretenders, forming SHELLSHOCK
