I am looking for a Super Collection Figure Paradron Medic in decent (doesn't have to be perfect) condition. NOT the Heroes of Cybertron version. I'm also looking for Minerva/Minelba. If you have one, PLEASE make sure it's the SCF version - I've ended up buying maybe three HoC versions in other places because people didn't know what they had.

Well there is an easy way to spot the difference (aside from paint, plastic, etc). The HoC one has the blue light piping while the SCF version does not. The light piping is a dead giveaway for a HoC version. You will probably have a hard time finding the Takara SCF version. It was a chase piece, so it wasn't easy to find back in the glory days of PVCs.

Also, you looking for any other SCF PVCs? I do have a Silver Alloy Coated Chase PVC Optimus Prime on eBay atm.

Yeah, I know how to spot the difference - unfortunately the people who sold them to me couldn't. :/ I'm not looking for SCF in general - I just collect emergency 'bots/medics, LOL. That's why I'm looking for the Paradron medic and Minerva.

I wish you luck. Those chase pieces were hard to hunt down in the early 2000s. The only good aspect for you is the presence of the HoC version. That alone lowers the price of the SCF version. Problem is, you just don't see many chase PVCs listed on eBay or such. I recently sold a Ghost Starscream chase PVC. I had a heckuva time trying to price it correctly. There weren't any recent auctions or sold items. That said, I would be prepared to spend at least $25 on that SCF Paradron Medic. Can't imagine, though, that it would go for more than $50.

Oh, wow- I know the Ghost Starscreams are REALLY rare - weren't they going for like $80 or something?

Yeah, LOL - it's crazy what we'll spend on our little pieces of plastic, isn't it? I've got eBay alerts set up for anything "paradron" - over 3 months now and definitely nothing that's not a Palisades statue or a HoC version. But someday...someday she will be mine!

If you really want that $60 one, set some money aside each month for it. That seller has been trying to sell that Medic for over a year now. His listing, from what I can tell, has been going on since at least March 2009. He just recently relisted though. I doubt the Medic is going anywhere in the near future.

Thanks for the tip - I'll set up a watch on him to see if the price goes down further. Also, I obviously need to have an alert set up for "green arcee" - I haven't gotten any hits for SCF on "paradron", but I entered that and there's like four of them. Weird.

Yeah, I'm not sure why they are simply describing that PVC as "Green Arcee." That's the Paradron Medic. Those sellers clearly have no idea what they have. Just looking to make a few bucks I guess.
