My bots have one skill already and I still don't have any weapons listed in Buy/Sell Weapons... What gives? Everything looks normal on the page but no weapons are listed. Any ideas?

We are sold out of most of the lower end weapons. Go to your faction forume the Autobots do and I"m sure others do also have lists that you can buy extra weapons off of faction mates.

But I would say don't worry with weapons just go barefisted.
