I heard a lot of places ran out of MP Megatrons, but I think the toy makers are shipping out a second batch come July, I think.

yep they are. So you'll get your Megatron, but be carefull he is hot!

I'm a pretty active member on the A3U board, and there's been an ongoing discussion about it there. You will be getting your Megatron, and fairly soon, don't worry. Pretty much, here's the scoop:

The MP-05s (over 300 of them) were sent from Japan via ships, not by air, to avoid customs problems, and enabling them to receive the figures without an orange plug in the barrel. They arrived at the A3U store (which is located in a mall in Burnaby BC, Canada) about three weeks ago. I saw the pallets of boxes when I went to pick up my order from the store. Now here's the thing - Spencer, the store owner, is driving small batches of US orders across the border himself, almost daily, so he can avoid customs problems and the possibility of them getting seized. He's doing this legally, of course, still clearing them himself, but he does this regularly and knows the border guards, so they usually let him through with minimal inspection. So, because of this, the shipping is a long, slow process, but he's getting through all the orders roughly in the order they were purchase.

In short, you will be receiving your order sometime soon, just keep waiting for it.
