Comics Question

In a comic (series?) somewhere, there was a story about where the Decepticons had succeeded in taking over the Earth. I think it was an AU story possibly set in G1. I am wonder in what the name of it is, and who published it (Marvel, Darkhorse, etc) because it sounds very interesting to read, and I would to find it if possible.
