No, just like the title of this thread states this is a knock-off product that just happens to KO a 3rd Party release. And since it's not a licensed product of Hasbro/TakaraTomy, it would also be considered a 3P.

Fanstoys have posted some pics of the qw reissue and hes a much darker purple like the g1 toy .
