I hope they don't make this into a show. It was awful. The feeling of the original series was completely missing. The original series was never boring. Stupid at times, yes, but never boring. This new one is boring as hell. Not to mention the bad acting, uninteresting characters, and gaping plot holes.

And KITT, sweet Raptor Jesus, they messed him up. I'm not talking about the design (but that's a whole other story). The car's personality is 100% absent. What was so great about oldschool KITT was how lippy and sarcastic he was for a seemingly unemotional machine! This new KITT has the personality of a cardboard box. Hell, even Marvel US G1 TF Shockwave had more personality than this excuse for a KITT.

Not just that, but his features and abilities. I hate to say this, but this KITT just plain blows. He can only have his KITT abilities when his computer is on. WTF? Without the computer on, he's just a regular car. His defence system? Some technological microsomething jargon that, naturally, only works when the computer is on. You'd think that he'd at the very least have a Molecular Bondage Shell backup system, or some kind of offline mode. But no. And apparently, the new KITT is made by the same character who designed the old one. If that's true, then that old man has gone senile.

I'm just glad that Larson is working on his own Knight Rider project, because at least THAT one has potential.

My favorite KITT quote was in Knight Rider 2000 (kinda cheesy movie)

The new one would probably never say that.

And SPM. I always hated it, but really? Why bring it back?
