So I just received a full Hercules set and I'm aware of some of the figures having issues. However, I haven't been paying any attention as to who and what. What I'm aiming for here is maybe a collection of info on each known bot, vehicle or combined mode issues and what the fixes are. Do it up.

I think it was only some of the figures had issues. I've never heard anything beyond Exgraver's shovel and something about Longhaul's transformation. Personally I've never experienced any problems with mine, so it may just be a few bad batches.

First, if you have bought it right now, you might have the 'revised' version.
However, here's the list:

Exgraver: the crane base is prone to breaking, there is a new, reingeneered one, in a tiny box that came along Heavy Load. If you don't have it, chance is your Exgraver's arm is already the new one.

Heavy Load: Misaligned ratchet joint in the right leg (easy fix) but most of all the hips joints were designed poorly and they were prone to breaking. There is a replacement for the WHOLE hips area inside of Neckbreaker's box. Substitution tutorial is on Robotkingdom FB page.
Again, if you don't have it and you've bought all of your bots from the same source and at the same time, your Heavy Load's hips are already the new ones.

Madblender: some guys were experiencing problems with Hercules' knee ratcheting joint. I didn't, btw. However, there is a tutorial about how to fix the problem with a simple erasing gum (I don't know if it's the correct English term, as I'm Italian, sorry).

The shovel and Heavylabor's hips are the main issues.

Neckbreaker came with the parts needed to fix Heavylabor though.

Heavylabor is also only an issue if you go around posing him a lot, then the hips will fail. I have yet to replace mine since I have not been hard on the joints.
