What is it you don't understand?
You activate your bots.
You go to missions (where you use the little radial buttons to assign a bot to a mission then scroll down and press join missions, if no missions show then simply refresh the page) or you go to the arena (you either wait or fight depending on whether an opponent is there or not) then you wait for the timer to finish, come back, read the results.
Voila. Done.

Judging from the fact your bots lack battle logs, I think it's safe to say you're NOT joining any fights.

How come u still don't understand on how the HMW game works and the explanations (good explanations) from the other members here?
This call for a drastic measures,

(TO VIEW THIS, CLICK HERE)
What i meant by "GO HERE" on the picture above, this meant you hafta go at there first to "Activate" your transformers.
Then choose either Arena to make a battle one-on-one with the opponent/enemy (if they're available - check the white box ' Fight!' and click "Submit Actions!", or if they're not available, check the white box 'Wait' and click "Submit Actions! - your transformer(s) will wait for the enemy(s) to fight with your transformers for amount of time)
OR
Choose Mission to join with your comrades (friends) to fight a team of the opposing side (enemy's team), it'll be lots of Missions you can choose from/enter. Then choose which of your transformers will be join in the listed missions (Only one Transformer that you can deploy/send/join it for a mission. In short One Transformer for One Mission) and click "Submit Actions!". If full/ no missions, hit on the refresh button. The "Submit Actions!" button it's on the below page.

(P/S: I'm too lazy to 'explain in details', but i think you can get a 'picture out of it')
In short, we're only command/put them into the battle BUT CAN'T PLAY as one of the created Transformers. We're just wait and see.

- If you have already created some transformers you click on the registry link.
- That brings you to the page that shows all your transformers.
- Click on the white box under their names, this should put a tick in there.
- Once you have selected all the TF you want then click on activate transformers button at the bottom.
Ok now that you have activated your TF's it should load you into another screen, at the top highlighted in green it should show you all your TF's that are now ready for the arena or missions. Ok next steps….
- Left hand side of the page there is a link called arena and missions. Click on the missions.
- It now shows all the available missions for you to put your TF's into. Under the big box with the missions it says "Join this mission", tick this box.
- Now scroll down to the bottom and you'll see a button called "Submit actions", click it and your TF's will go into the missions.
Now with that anyone could enter their team into missions. Here's a tip though, read through the help files in the game instead of coming straight to the forum. That's as helpful as I'm gonna be, if you can't figure it out after all that … well you could always go play with a cup and ball or something

Oh, something... Don't scroll with the mouses' middle gear/button after you picked a bot to a mission, 'cause that would scroll the "pointer" to the "Don't join" button, that could be a cause of trouble. Simply click on the hole at the characters name under the mission, then press "Enter" on the keyboard.

Ive only found that to be a problem when I had a mouse that was past it, and I kept accidentally clicking with the wheel whilst trying ot roll it. A normal working one shouldnt do that (at least the Microsoft ones dont).

ahhhh Microsoft Mice. Possibly the most reliable thing to be made by Microsoft.
Though I do like this fancy keyboard of theirs as well.

right, once on the mission page scroll down till you see the option to join a mission(little circles), click one to assign you're bot to that mission.
each bot can only be assigned to a single mission at a time, and you can only send one bot to each mission
once you've assigned you're bots scroll down and press the "SUBMIT ACTIONS!" button
