Transformers Comic Writer Extraordinaire Chris Mowry (Reign of Starscream, ROTF Prequels) has updated his blog The Full Mowry with various tidbits of information regarding his work.

Set for release on June 4th 2009, the Trade Paperbacks for both Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Movie prequels Alliance and Defiance have arrived at his office, and while not as packed full of extras as the reign of Starscream trade, Mowry has said that they will include a few extras:
"There's not much by way of extras for them, but you'll find a few sketches in each, rough comps, that kind of thing. I did what I could."

Chris will also be attending Botcon09 as part of IDW's impressive turnout, and mentions that there will be "a pretty cool exclusive that will be available at the show", but will not reveal any further information regarding it.

And on the sales front, Chris also reveals that the ROTF Movie prequels have sold very well with "issues #3 and #4 of both Alliance and Defiance have sold out. The other issues are dwindling down and only a few are left of those."

Well we'd better at least get an idea of what the exclusive is so that we know what to look for in the dealer room when we go! That is, if we are able to purchase it in the dealer room at all. :(
