Took me less than 1 minute to jump and order this after I saw this post, especially since it's diecast. Nice!

Could you maybe take a few pics showing off the (lack of) articulation? I want to see what kinds of things he can do before I shell out the cash. Of course, it is a very reasonable price anyway, much less than I paid for that terrible G1 Arcee figure...
I'll try to take some more pics tomorrow. Just curious, which Arcee? Impossible Toys Valk or iGear Delicate Warrior? I have both, and thought Valk was piece of junk, but Delicate Warrior on the other hand is quite nice.

Yeah, Valkyrie...it sucks, I wish I'd waited and paid the extra $20 or so for the iGear one.
Cool, looking forward to the pics, thanks!

I don't think this guy will sit well with my deluxe class figures esp my Generation/RTS/Classics lines. he's just too big.

Dont worry the good news is theyre gonna KO the I-Gear Arcee. Theres a lot of money to be made with Medic and Chromia repaints so in the end you saved money. As far as Wheelie, maybe I could deal with the large size, but no posability kills the sale for me. Ill wait and see what I-Gear or Maketoys got for Wheelie.

El Duque - Can you tell us more about the joints? Stiff/loose? How does the transformation hold together? Will the other Wheelie be identical to this one but smaller?

Not a bad piece. Only real down side is the shoulder joints. And it looks like ACToys was showing a Blitzwing.

Taking a look at the Japanese Figure magazine scans, the original deluxe sized prototype for Wheelie doesn't hold a candle to this. I salute the original Jizai design

Weeeeeeell a great homage to the G1 but I still dig legends Wheelie. Thanks indeed El Duque for sharing your pics and info but it's just not for me. I too will wait with Zen-like patients for the other 2 upcoming Wheelie's and decide...'nuff said!

It just too tall for me. Wheelie's supposed to be a kid, not about as tall as Rodimus Prime.
I want to see what the other 3rd party guys are offering before I decide to buy any of them.

I can personally vouch for Aces toy store for those who have never heard of them before. They do excellent business, ship fast and pack well. They have had a listing for this figure since last week actually and I was wondering if anyone had heard about it. One of the good thing about Aces is they have a counter next to the figure to show you how many units they have in stock. A small convience but it is nice. They also carry the TFC hercules figures for the cheapest I've seen for a company in the states, My exgraver was 97$ after shipping..
I was on the fence about this little guy but I think Im gonna pick him up now, Thanks EL D!

Sorry guys I was out all day. The problem points articulation wise are the shoulders and hips. The shoulder can rotate 360, but lateral movement is minimal. The hip articulation is also hindered a little by the back edge of the upper thigh hit the back of the waist piece. Here's a few pics hopefully they will help. As for the joints themselves all are quite tight. I really have no QC complaints.

All the joints are tight on mine and the transformation holds to together just fine. I've heard the X-Transbot Wheelie will be the same size as the original and all plastic, but that's just hearsay.

This isn't X-Transbot Wheelie? Did some quick checking, they're the same product.

My gut reaction was, "No thanks, I'll wait for the smaller version."
But seeing him with the MPs, He fits in well.
How is he size-wise with Alternity Bumblebee and Cliffjumper?

I'm not seeing the difference. When I searched for the X-Transbots stuff, what came up for results was exactly what you've got. I'm not picking at you, I want what you're saying to be true. If I've simply missed some info somewhere, that would explain things.

No, it's fine I didn't take it that way. They seem the same because in many ways they are the same, both being basically KO's of the Jazai Toys Wheelie, many have confused the two projects. What I have is definitely not an X-Transbots product. I think most of the confusion comes from the Superalloy version coming in under the radar, and getting confused with the more well promoted X-Transbots.
Ace's Toystore also has this guy listed as Superalloy C-80.
Here's the box for the X-Transbot Wheelie, as you can see it's completely different from what I received.

Re: The Transformer Superalloy C-80 Wheelie Survivalist Pictorial Review
So they're both just KOs of the Jazitoys Wheelie, eh? Kinda lame, but whatevs.
Normally, I'd go for the larger one, but Wheelie actually is supposed to be a little guy. I'm happy with the official Legends version, but ... it'd be nice to have one closer to the G1 model. Plus, there's just something appealing about most of the movie guys being 3rd party products.

Is it possible that X-Transbot changed their name and packaging at the last moment to Superalloy?

I don't believe so. There's a member over on TFW05, cobra zartan, that apparently knows the guy releasing the Superalloy version. He verifies these are separate releases.
