Anybody know any good producers? I might even attempt to finance this thing myself.

I know someone else recently posted something similar to this but I have been advocating this for years. With the popularity of the Transformers at the height that it is, and with a fan base of the G1 era that is pretty strong, why can't a sequel to the old show and movie be made?

You can' tell me that wouldn't sell. A direct to DVD production sounds like a no brainer to me. Why Hasbro continues to ignore this part of their property just boggles my mind. They (meaning studios) make direct to video Justice League, Batman, Disney sequels and even a Robotech followup and just about everything else in between but there hasn't been a new G1 television or movie product in twenty years!

Anyway, I wrote a sequel to the old show and movie. I've had this story in my head for years (probably since around G2) The story address is within the trailer. If anybody likes to read I would be interested in any comments. As for the trailer, I am no film director, editor or producer. This is just something I messed around with, so please be half kind.
