Who would like to see a show where the villains from popular 80's cartoons formed their own Legion of Doom? Here is my list of who I think should be in it.

Ming the Merciless (Defenders of the Earth)
Shredder (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
Is this good list? Who would be the leader?

I like the list and the concept! Comedy show or playing it straight?
I think each choice would merit a separate cast. A serious villain cartoon wouldn't involve '87 Shredder, Filmation Skeletor or even Cobra Commander. Now I can't really be the one to give a cast to that show (as Villains=Comic relief is a trope I loathe) I would recommend a cast for the more serious show. Who they are and what role they would provide.
