The Porsche looks to be an unreleased Alt Jazz. Probably couldn't get the deal with Porsche to use their Licensed Vehicle, and then the line was canceled.
The Jeep, and the Tank are Kitbashes by Hasbro Employees apparently. That whole case is filled with Kitbashes. The Robot to the right of the Jeep Was discussed in another Thread.

The Porsche alt is a proto that won't be released.
The Hound is a mini alt that won't be released, there's an uncoloured mini RX8 Jazz in some of the other pictures, ideas for a line that won't happen.
The big guy's are kitbashes, apparently by Hasbro staff, to indicate what they could do with the 'larger scale military type' alts that were rumoured a while ago, these also won't be released.
It's Hasbro's cabinet of the doomed.
