What are you talking about? G1 Wheeljack's mold no longer exists.

Also where'd the idea of G1 wheeljak's reissue even come from?!

I was wondering that myself, but I thought I'd just missed something that I don't care about.

G1 Wheeljack's mold is kind of...awful. All awkward proportions and such. And since there exists a fantastic Generations version, there's not much reason for me to have interest in a reissue, for me at least. I can certainly understand why some people would like a reissue, and there are certainly other G1 transformers that I wouldn't mind getting my hands on. Wheeljack just isn't one of them. :P

If I remember correctly, they were merely deomonsrating how easy and short it was to transform a Generation One toy, as a follow up to the upcoming simplified Beast Hunters Deluxes. They used this slide at SDCC, and they did something similar back at BotCon last month. ;)
They call me “Tanker Chungus”!

An example of how simplistic the G1 toys were vs. the more complicated toys of today.

In other words, it's the excuse Hasbro used for justifying their making of the upscaled Legion and Commander toys as the new BH Deluxe and Voyager class toys for 2014.

Oh, using Que as an example.
That's cute. It looks like a very interesting mold to...
