oh,i despise g2 sometimes....especially trying to get the more obscure ones like the laser rods for customs.i can honestly say the cyberjets are some of my least fav designs

well one of the guys at tfans wanted a rough outline as he was thinking of the bash but wanted a quick look to it by the way the head is done without helmet there as the helmet i think makes the head look to big

Cool. Actually, it just occurred to me how appropriate it is.
While the grey camo Hooligan was still called Hooligan over here, wasn't it Jetfire in the States?

yeah, seeker would work, providing you covered the canopy in robot mde and perhaps balljointed the nosecone so it could point up in bot mode.

Interesting idea, and yeah, I could see it working as long as you modded everyone's wings and noses and such (except Air Raid's, natch). Covering the canopies should be a doddle, and turning the nose up, I don't think is even necessary - You don't have to have them transform exactly the same way as G1, just make sure each form is close enough to the original (colourscheme, patterning, general feel, faces) to be recognisable. Howsabout doing Jetfire as Silverbolt and making a full set? :wink:

Hi there, this is my first post here, after reading the boards now for a couple of years.. I know it may be a strange suggestion, but maybe repainting/kitbashing Rodimus into Sideswipe?

2 people so far. ahhh a uk member those are rare bit like reflectors nice seeing a local to me. That was My thought on this ramraider with the Jetfire as silverblot i say the Lio kaiser and thought now if wheeljack can make classics lio kaiser then Why not make superion

Cool, I don't suppose you have a link for that I could take a look at? I have been just starting to get into repainting myself, all I have done so far is the oh-so-common Excellion into Hotrod repaint.

Not a strange suggestion at all, Rick.

I dunno, but I'm tempted more and more, after seeing that Botcon thread, to grab an extra Jetfire and do myself a Dreadwind. Hmm. The Entertainer are doing 25% off at the mo, I wonder if they've got any in..?

If I could actually find any seekers in my area I was planning on buying four to become Aerial bots. I've already got an extra Jetfire to create Silverbolt from. Alas all they have at my local stores are Cliffjumpers and minicons.

There is a classics Lio convoy/Leo Prime in the legends class,made from Leobreaker. Perhaps someone can repaint the Voyager class leobreaker into Lio Convoy/Leo Prime as well. ( i could already imagine him combining with Cyb. Prime/GF Galaxy Convoy)
