I've searched all of the Metro Cleveland area and close 'burbs and have yet to come across him. Any leads?

Yeah, it may be a bit of a drive for you but when I walked in saturday this Toys R Us had shelves full of him.

My local walmart didn't have crap the first couple days now they're loaded with Voyagers. I'm not in that area but I'd say if you'd wait a few days you'd probably see plenty.
