RiD15 Jazz leg wheels

There is much hate for the way RiD15 Jazz's legs just have the wheels stuck on there. Here's a fix.

The wheel/fender assembly is held on by two screws, one of which is the knee pivot, and a pin. Just cut off the smaller mounting stud, and shorten the pin. You also have to shorten the stud that the metal pin passes through so the assembly swivels easily around the knee joint. See below.
