Star Saber vs. G1 Megatron (no Victory Leo inclusion)

Weapon: Plasma Cannon

Both have melee weapons. SS has somewhat of an advantage as to his super mode but Megs cheats, has a fusion canon and a potential interdimensional link up to a black hole.
