And thank you for NOT answering my question. Which was where are there more active members of the SEIBs? I dont have the time to manage 2 Universes so I want to know which one I should throw into.

The attacker lost a total of 0 units.
The defender lost a total of 4.000 units.
At these space coordinates now float 0 metal and 600 crystal.

And the best part is ... he's still got plenty more than what I took. :twisted:

Of course sending 3 light cargos, 1 light fighter and 3 heavy fighters against 1 rocket launcher might have been overkill. But I left plenty in reserve in case Whiney found me ...

Karma's a bitch. Now i've got a neighbour heading towards me and he's ranked much higher than me. ah well, let's see how much of a rapid defense boost helps, at least he won't be able to farm much off me when i'm done. :lol:

No it's an actual game. Think HMW level 0 only slower.

As far as my fantasy world goes, the last I checked it included some guy called War Hammer posting. That's how I tell fantasy from reality because in my reality I don't even know anyone called War Hammer.

If you had made a lot of cannons, be sure to research weapons and armor tech, it adds better survival-percentage to your defense.

I'm currently researching ion cannon, it has weaker attack but better shields.

It is also good to know that once you have a colony, you don't have to research everything there, researches are for universes, you only need to build the buildings that are needed.

The U37 Seibs alliance has 23 members, while the U20 Seibs alliance has 26 members.

U37 is more fun because you don't get to hide behind newbie protection. You also get to play Guess-Who-Burn-Is. (Assuming he's in U37, anyway.)
Let's go through the list and narrow the possibilities, what members of the alliance don't you recognize from here? I don't know:

Konighund
Colonel Brawl
Bristleback

So speak up if you're one of these players so we can get our answers

(My money's on Burn being Bristleback.)

Q: Is the Heavy Laser actually better than 4 Light Lasers?

It has 4x the Structural Integrity, Shield Strength, Build Time, and Cost, but only 2.5x the Attack Strength.

Most of the guides I can see say to skip the heavy laser as it isn't very cost-effective, and to go straight into plasma based weapons.
(The same goes for the heavy fighter too, good in the startgame as a stronger ship but too expensive to be used as fodder when the cruisers start knocking.)
