TRU Sighting- Decepticon Desert Attack

Found a Blackout/Scorponok 2-pack at my local TRU today. It was billed as the 'Decepticon Desert Attack' and was $24.99.
The toys don't appear to be repaints, merely repackaged. There were about a dozen left.

Anyone else seen this?
