Who's more powerful/skillfull enough to get WW in a submission pose (tied up in her magical lasso)? Or the opposite, cancel the transformation sequence of the Sword of Protection?

WW usually wins since she's a goddess, so I pick her. She has a magic, strapless costume that never falls down.
Unfortunately, WW is impossible. Too much power in one slim body: she would explode with great violence. The whole contest is moot.
