Dam, my favorite being:

Optmus Prime: Junk that's what you are, Junk!

Best Soundwave line ever: Transport to Oblivion. As he's Retrieving Spike, the kid asks if he's free to go.

Soundwave: Free to go to Cybertron. After that I crushed over favorite number 2 TF's voice amongst the Decepticons.

Best lines: With a few exceptions just about anything *point's to motto*. But from Divide & Conque:

"Wrong, as usual, Skywarp." That is the one! Hearts began springing all over the place

this is actually pretty funny when heard in the original animation. IMHO waspinator got the funniest dialogues, combined with that high-pitched voice of his.

I dunno who said it, but it was in the episode "Rebirth" and it was right after the Decepticons arrived, showing off their Targetmasters.

The mech beside Hot Rod(or Rodimus) said "Those creeps! Swiping my idea! I'll sue!"

I thought it was funny in a cute way XD because he came up with the idea first

A few I can think of off the top of my head...

This whole exchange in "Forever Is a Long Time Coming" made me grin:

Air Raid: Aren't we gonna go after the Quintessons?

Silverbolt: Our mission is accomplished. Further risk would be foolish.

Air Raid: How come they made you Aerialbot leader, Silverbolt? Ya got no sense of adventure.

Silverbolt: Exactly.

It's just so quintessentially Silverbolt, and cemented my like for him.

Blitzwing got a few good lines as well:

G1 deserves more than that, but those are the first two I think of.
