What are these (the little spear like things) and where I can get them?

I assume you are talking about the purple and blue things, right? If you take the red clear parts from Skyblast you can make that shape. I don't know what the re-paints are that produce that color.

Energon Skyblast came with a red one. It attaches to him as Jet Armor and is also his weapon. Maybe an Energon Weapon booster pack?

It is a pretty cool add on. Fully assembled, the parts create a sort of energon staff making my Skyblast look like some sort of Autobot Mage or something. I love little gimmicks like these.
