Courtesy of the HKGTF facebook page we have some nice in-hand images of Takara Tomy's Transformers Masterpiece MP-10B Black Convoy. This version of the Convoy 2.0 mold comes in the popular black deco, but minus the trailer. Take a look at the images mirrored below.

Pretty amazing list of all the Black Optimus/Convoy repaints, down to the Grand Scourge kit. even Universe 2003 Nemesis Prime gets a mention :APPLAUSE:

Universe 2008 Nemesis Prime seems to be missing however.

Boy, that's a pretty broad "History of Black Convoy" they got there. I guess instead of it listing different versions of the character, it's just all the times a Convoy/Optimus Prime toy has been painted black/evil colors (since a lot of those are still good guys despite their evil colors).

Somewhere in his bio, it mentions this particular guy having been created by Unicron.

I think they instead count the United one as the black redeco of that mold, since notice how all the ones that have had Hasbro versions use images of the Takara versions anyway.

Also missing is the Asian market black version of DOTM Leader Class Jetwing OP.

Probably covered under "Optimus Prime Black Version" of Revenge, between Masterpiece and Alternity. I say that because they seem to avoid second black repaints if the mold used and character are the same.

You can't, because he's being released, like, tomorrow. I've already received the shipping notice for my preorder.
Most of the usual suspects should have him at release prices and general availability in the next day or so.
