Was He supposed to be in the first movie?
Looks like a reject from the first film, although he appears to be a military jeep, right?

There were a LOT of concepts in the PSP game. I don't think most of them were supposed to be in the movie. Arcee, who WAS supposed to be in, but was replaced by Ironhide, was actually not in there at all.

There was a Wheeljack concept, who looks awesome in my opinion. You could play as Hound. He was pretty fast, and his alternate mode resembled G1 Brawn's.

No. The Hound in the game had a more dog-like face, with aerials that looked like ears.
