Not to mention when Galvatron was slicing that car in half.

Here's something I noticed about the AoE lines, there are only two Decepticons shown. We have only seen Galvatron and Lockdown. What about the other Decepticons in the movie?
Watch the first of my youtube series, Friends Transform.

We know Stinger (the red Pagani Huayra) will be here. Then there's the possibility of having Movie-verse Vehicons, as there are quite a few of them included in the Age of Extinction Kre-O sets. We also have Dispenser (who seems to be a retool of the first film's Payload), if that specific product listing is to be believed.

Acid Storm looks good, but I'd honestly prefer they just make a bigger version of that style of seeker.
Gears I'll go for just for the sake of the Earth vehicle mode, otherwise I'm sold on the Maketoy version.
Roadbuster... well any reason NOT to buy anything from Fansproject!
SkyByte looks cool enough, but I kinda hope these pictures have him mistransformed.
Jhiaxus will look great next to all the other deluxe-ified Decepticon big bads... but with that in mind I'm getting sick of seeing so many cons being so f*cking small.
Wingblade... well she looked bad when she was conceived, the toy lives up to the terrible look, and her alt mode is a joke. Good hard PASS!
Nightbeat looks kinda bland really, but at least he makes good use of the BB mold. I'll grant I was only disappointed about him using the RTS Jazz mold moreso because the Bumblebee mold needed to be used for someone other than Bumblebee, and not all because of the Jazz mold being used again. I still think the RTS Jazz mold is THE BEST deluxe mold to date, and would gladly welcome more uses out of it.
Jetfire/Skyfire looks good enough, but the back kibble kind of bothers me. I really like the classic voyager mold because most of his mass can be trimmed down by taking the booster pack off, and I also like how you could have his wings swept downward to make it look like he's wearing a lab coat. Incidentally, I can't find a picture anywhere to demonstrate this, so I guess I've found another test subject for the new camera.

Well, if last year was anything to go by, we should start seeing Roadbuster and Sky-Byte around April, and the Jhiaxus-Nightbeat-Windblade wave around late summer/early fall. As for Jetfire, who knows.

With how often his toys have a screen-face, I'm wondering if Lockdown's supposed to be a big reveal in AoE... which is odd since it's not like he'd be instantly recognized by the common moviegoer.
Totally going to give Kreon Lockdown a gunface.
Still no names for those Micro-Changers...
Customizer Drift has a helicopter rotor. Weird.
Riiiiiiiight...
I *THINK* lockdown's "screenface" is some sort of battlemask. In the film the screen part is probably transparent. I imagine he probably gets readouts on it too. What I'm wondering is if there will be any mechanism for changing to his normal face on the basic figure, or possible future announce voyager.

On that presumably mistransformed Scorn, since the tail's actually coming out of his chest, and has barbs on it, he bears a striking resemblance to the male demons on Ugly Americans.

Regarding those One Step Changer toys that everyone here seems to be ridiculing, I've seen YouTube videos of how they work and...
...the switchblade comparison is actually pretty spot on. You literally hold the figure by a certain piece in either mode, make a single swift motion with your arm, and the figure auto-converts instantaneously with the motion of your arm just like a switchblade!
Though, Grimlock's one-step transformation, however, is a bit longer as, instead of flailing him with your arm like the others, you hold two of his parts with both of your hand and spin him around on a horizontal axis like a towel or a big piece of cloth. His requires two hands to perform since he's bigger and bulkier (and I'm not talking about the giant Chomp and Stomp figure).
It's honestly kinda cool and clever, and most of all, FUN-looking!

Oh, I'm SO GLAD Nightbeat is using the IDW Bumblebee mold! I know it's significantly smaller than Jazz, bit just works SO much better IMO.
While I'm not crazy about Jhiaxus's body, that Head looks amazing; it appears to be modeled more after E.J. Sue's rendition, which was my favorite.
I'm still on the fence about skybyte. He looks better in these shots than on the news floor, but I'll have to see the eventual redeco into Cybershark before I buy the mold.
Jetfire and Windblade are simply so much win, there's really nothing else to say.

But the question is, will he be redecoed into Minerva?

Unlikely, I know, since the mold itself looks too masculine to pull off a decent Minerva.

Ugh, I hatre how this is in a single thread format. It must be easier for the Mods, but for me I find it too cluttering trying to reply to a single toy line ews post and finding my post lofged under five other topics...but what do I know?
Anyway, I'm excited for Venin as Bugly, but I was hoping for a Venom to go with ChopShop. Acid Storm is a Meh too, so if I never see them I won't be heart broken.
IDW Nightbeat is cool, and I am glad its not the Jazz mold because I like it for Jazz, but I am sad we don't get the flood lights. Nightbeat with flood lights is cool. And I like the paint on Nightbeat better than Goldbug.
Whatever anyone else says, I like Jhaxius.
Roadbuster's vehicle mode lines look too rounded to me, but I like it and am glad to have something in scae with Whirl. It reminds me a lot of the Springer/Sandstorm vehicle body with more guns.
Windblade is my new favorite TF Jet mode. Sold. And if they repainted her into a million Seekers, I'd be very happy.

I saw those too. Kinda amusing, actually. I wish Hasbro was more clear about how these were going to be instead of misleading us with oversized Cyberverse "knock-offs but official".

To elaborate on that: Like other Headmaster and Powermaster toys in Japan, Minerva was also available in the US Nightbeat colors, dubbed, well, Minerva Night Beat. I know, I know, weirdest repurpose ever.

If you mean the 1967 Camaro Bumblebee, for whatever reason, Hasbro did not provide us with official images of him nor Crosshairs.
If you mean the newer Camaro Bumblebee, he was not officially revealed yet. Maybe when it gets closer to BotCon we'll see that Bumblebee.

Nightbeat - Nice to see the character getting a chance. I am not a fan of the mold but might have to pick it up anyway. Not sure if we'll see him again as a future figure.
Jetfire - Disappointed. For a leader class figure, the transformation is a bit lazy. The nose of the plane just lays on his back. I really hope they didn't sacrifice transformation for gimmicks.
Roadbuster - I really like except for the skinny legs.
Skybite - Don't know the character enough but cool alt mode.
Jhiaxus - Nice head sculpt, the rest of the bot mode - blah.

Unlikely, I know, since the mold itself looks too masculine to pull off a decent Minerva.
As far as I'm concerned, Cybertron Override = Classics/neo-G1 Minerva.

Personally, I use the white repaint of Cybertron Thunderblast (the boat-chick). I will continue to do so until a proper one rolls in.
