Yup, i got the Decepticon Symbol, its different colored, its a golden yellow inside the symbol and on the outside of the black outline there is a red outline, and the eyes are red also, it is so gorgeous, I'll post piccies up ASAP. I love it, i didn't even shed a tear, i said oww a couple times but thats all. Its approximately 2 inches tall and 1 inch across, & its sitting on the chest/breast area, it looks great though. Hope you guys like it when i show you.

Any tattoo is badass, let alone a Con stamp. Should look pretty good in those colors! I'll def be checking back for the pics!

I've always wanted a TF tattoo, but other designs have always been higher on my list to get lol!

I've been toying with the notion but the one thing I know for certain is that if I go for it the 'Con logo is what I'm getting.
Can't wait to see it ML. And way to tough it out. Anywhere around the chest area can be kind of tender depending on ones tone.

looks nice.

i always say i'm gonna get a con tatoo, but i want the old school insignia (the only difference is the eyes are triangular, not diamond) but i can never decde exactly where or what colors

yea first tatt, the guy said i was pretty brave getting it where i got it and as big as i got it, he said most girls come in and get little butterflies and other random tiny tatts, i was his most awesome one to get tatted. I'm proud of myself lol

Tattoos don't hurt there, overmuch, especially if you're female. Lots of...padding. Colorwork is painful; be prepared to have it redone in a few years because colors fade.

Upper arms also don't hurt that much, except for the inner-arm area of a lot of the tribal armbands you see.

You want to test your pain threshold? Try someplace over bone. Ankle, foot, spine.... I have a number of tattoos, and the two on my chest (matching Celtic animals, one to guard each of my lady lumps) I have to say hurt the least.

But I ain't showin' pictures, because I ain't that kind of gal.

HK, I'd get a logo, but that would totally ruin the Celtic theme I've got goin' on in my ink. I've toyed with the idea of doing a Decepticon logo using Celtic interlacing, but thus far inspiration has not struck.

People keep telling me one of the worst spots is the shoulder blade.

It only starts to hurt after an hour or so, and that may be out of sheer boredom and staying bent over in the same spot for so long!

I've had my koi for a few years now and there is no sign of color fading. It's as bright as ever

Define 'few years'. A couple of guys from the 102nd got full color arm sleeves when I got one of my inks, yea lo these...holy crap *thirteen* years ago?! Theirs are muddy messes, mine still look good. A little blued, but better than theirs.

Small of the back was the worst for me: my back is broken (long story) and I just *had* to (because I'm a moron) get a tattoo over one of the breaks. Big one. Celtic interlacing, lots of lines. What was I thinking?!

HK, I knew a guy who tattooed his...ummmm, man-part to look like a shark. Yeeeeowch!

I've had mine the koi for only 4 years now. But, ya after 13 years or so, any tattoo will show its age.

it hurts now, lol it scabbed pretty well, i got tattoo wax to take care of it, this tattoo didn't hurt yesterday but now it hurts like a big bruise and it feels like my boob is gonna pop off any minute lol, im not in "begging for mommy" pain but its not like enjoying a lollipop either. LOL

That's really awesome actually.

I've been toying with the idea of getting one. My Sister has two, a heart on her ankle and a skull on her shoulder blade.

I was thinking of getting the Triforce from Zelda on one bicep and either the Decipticon or Autobot Symbol on my other. I'll probably wait till I work out more and have actual defined muscles because I am afraid it will stretch out or get distorted otherwise.
I also don't know which faction to get, I could also get Predacon or Maximal.. I have to think about it more.

For now I'll just stick to my Autobot Skin on my 360 and DS and the Decipticon sticker on my Hyundai.

Cool tat, I plan on getting a Autobot faction symbol at some point. I want it to look like the skin has been torn back and you can see the symbol hiding underneath along with some other bio-mech elements, kind of like a pretender.

The advice may be a little late but pile cream is great for fresh tats, takes the heat out.

Scabbing actually isn't very good. Nor is pain.

Are you using an antibiotic ointment on it? (Isn't bacitracin what they tell you to use? It's been a while and I forget). When I had the ones on my chest done, I put ointment on, then a folded kleenex (to keep the stuff off my bra) and changed that every few hours. They never got dry, never scabbed or peeled, and they never hurt. You might have managed to get an infection, which is very very bad. Considering that a tattoo needle is violating one of your major infection barriers (your skin) a couple of THOUSAND times, you have to be careful. Not just for your tat, but for your health.

It's been several days--you should NOT be feeling any pain beyond like a mild sunburn by this point. If you are, please see a doctor. And if it starts to smell bad, like necrosis, GO TO THE ER.

Edit: Oh, yeah, and if you see red streaks under your skin, go to the ER at light speed. That's blood poisoning and can be fatal. And yes, you can get it from a bad ink.

HK, the place you went to didn't tell you this? Are they licensed?
