I don't it just seems more like Snake-eyes than Bumblebee I would rather him be more like the original and have a somewhat childlike voice I understand having him silent in the first film but there was no need for him to be silent in the second

He will be fully 'healed' by the third movie, unfortunately though just as he is about to speak, he'll probably get shot in the throat or something.

Going back on that for the second movie felt like a betrayal of that scene. There was no legitimate reason to go back to it; so while I liked it in the first movie, it annoyed me in the second.
But the way it came back in the second movie makes me pretty sure it will be back in the third.
