Yea that picture of Grimlcoks head looks amazing. I would love to see that...

A) that is an awesome Grimlock head. That needs to be forwarded to the design team or more likely to someone that can make the design team hire.

B) first I was like "how they would put grimlock in the movie as a dinosaur? that'd be a silly alt". Then I thought of an idea. He should land near the tar pits and get ambushed. So he needs an alt form fast cause that protoform is lame for fighting (and lame in general). So he scans as he's fighting and is ABOUT to approve a car or something, and mid command sees the T-rex in the museum. He pauses, grunts agreement, and takes the form as he's sinking in the tar pits. Then he comes back out to win the fight against, say, two decepticons. Likes his alt form and keeps it, true to his stubborn nature. and ends up living in the woods/desert/bottom of the lake in the park/prime's trailer because he can't go around as a t-rex. In fact they could use the fact that his alt form is so obvious as a semi-joke (argues to get in trailer/planes, has to freeze on the side of the road as an attraction etc...). Hope that doesnt offend any grimlock fans, I am not steeped in information about his character. You could get some awesome chase scenes in the desert/city or stalking scenes in a river or jungle with him. have to be careful to distinguish it from Jurassic park.

It looks nice ut if grimlock was in the movie bay would do something dumb like make him a toilet and who knows if bay did it grimlock would have a I.Q as high as perceptor.

I love Timshin designs, he's got talent there. Now who got banned???

Oh well, doesn't matter, I can't wait for this movie to come out already, but I don't want to see anymore of the movie designs for sure, especially Starscream or Megatron. Sorry, I just don't think they look right, or realistic, or for lack of a better word, a Transformer, but still some really cool, like Blackout, or Wreckage. I guess I'm in between?

That is perfect! Give him that head, his speech impediment, and his "Me, Grimlock-badass!" attitude, and make him some kind of military vehicle, like a kick-*$$ tank or something, and the whiners will shut up.

I like the idea that the comic used which they could use as the same origin for the movie, but they were in pursuit of Megatron instead of Shockwave, and got buried in the ice in a fight with Megatron.
