SS maybe?
Use Ratchet's saw.

His head becomes a sort of disguise, which transforms into a small TF.

So basically it was a massive plot hole that people (official or otherwise) are franticly trying to fill with fuzzy logic?

Yes. Much like how anyone else knew that a map had been burnt onto the glasses, or why they buried the Cube in a dam to shield it from N.B.E. detection, only to house an N.B.E. in the room next door.
Or why Bumblebee was interested in Sam in the first place as he knew nothing of the glasses at that point, or why it was concidered a good military decision to chose a city centre as the venue for the final battle?

Quite!

Why?
Because past SSs have been known for such treacheries.
But not this Starscream.
On the contrary - SS is always pretending to be loyal to Megatron.
When? He only said about two lines in the film. There was nothing to show he was betraying Megatron.
I guess you're right. But the fact that he came to Earth to find Megatron, well I don't know what this means. What I do know is that it is logical if he betrays him because all the StarScreams do it all the time.

in the prequel SS mentions about going to Earth to find the All Spark, then the other Cons mention Megatron...SS says "right and Megatron"...You can tell in the movie that SS doesn't like Megatron but it's not clear that he fired missiles at him...Saying he did, is just an assumption.

The prequel comic shows it.

I meant, how does the film show it? I don't remember seeing any evidence for it in the film.

That makes Bonehead some sort of Soundwave character.

It really sounds like Soundwave.

Cos Soundwave is Megs' pet. He is always loyal to him. In Bonecrusher's toy bio is written that he serves Megatron cos he is afraid of him. And if Soundwave is loyal; Boney is loyal too => then they are a-lot-alike. And in the 1986 Movie Soundwave was the only Decepticon who didn't abandon Megatron after his fight with Opti. I have the feeling that Boney will replace his character.

Hmmm, maybe, although I always got the impression that cartoon Soundwave was loyal to Megatron because he agreed with Megatron and the Decepticon cause whereas Bonecrusher, as you say, is simply afraid of Megatron.
