I'm pretty sure Blackout will be the first to come back. He sustained the least damage among the dead Decepticons.

Just one tiny blast to the crotch. And he went into dreamland.

I'd bring back Bonecrusher, 90 seconds of screen time - i think you could safely bring him back without anyone saying 'been there, done that'

Could make a great fued out of him and Prime....
