F me, these look great! That Cogz/Gears figure is the bomb. Duneraker is looking better too.

Veer looks ok but he may be the only one I don't get.

Those prices are a bit steep, considering one of them is a repaint, and one doesn't seem to have much bulk/size (Duneraker)

Nice to get a rough date for them, but I'll be waiting on a preorder from TFSource to go up, I learnt my lesson with the Ratchet / Ironhide fiasco >:oP

Yeah, they seemed to have either jacked the cost up, or just aren't giving the same discount as Hench/UFO combo. That is disappointing. I've ordered directly from iGear several times with no product issues and will most likely do so again (a lower price by e-tailer would be the only decision changer, but VERY unlikely). However, I'm not in a rush to pre-order these guys, and even at 6 months out I still don't believe that's the date they get released. But make no mistake, I will get these guys.

I'm not thrilled with the new higher prices either, nor do I love that they are sold in bundles.

However, I was planning to get all 4, so the grouping doesn't affect me much.

I've always had good luck ordering direct from iGear, and will probably do so again unless, as you say, I can find them cheaper elsewhere.

I'll wait till I've paid down the latest crop of 3rd party stuff though, too much is coming out all at once to burden the CC with 4 more bots.

I think that's what iGear is thinking, that most people are going to order them all and just did bundle pre-orders instead of individual. Unless there's some other factor in play that is forcing the two-packs. Not that these figures are being marketed as a physical two-pack.

From experience, you've got until at least May to make these pre-orders at the current price. That should hopefully free up your CC, but even this early I'm kinda doubting it just knowing all the other items that are supposed to be offered throughout 2013 and will grab my available finances by the jewels.

shoot.... I was going to get Not-Gears and Not-BeachComber...

I think I will only get one now, no way I pay for both sets for only 2 characters. To be honest I liked the smaller Rager size, not sure if the new size has to do with the curious price increase????

There has to be a better way than bundling to prevent too much left over of one character...I am assuming that is why they are doing it??

Something I have been wondering....could have igear have taken a negative hit on the Van brothers with all the delays and fixes, etc? ...they seem to have a lot of repaint variations on the Mini-Warriors for quick cash right now????

I didn't even consider that option yet, but you're absolutely correct. I'm just glad we're finally seeing this plan fleshed out. It's been about a year since iGear opened up this can of worms, and at least more releases are coming.

hell yes! £15 for a pretty nicely articulated minibot in the same scale as all the less awesome, but still serviceable Hasbro ones? that was a damn good deal. some of these new bigger ones are good looking, but they'll dwarf those I already have. Rager fitted right in (as did the Maketoys Seaspray and Powerglide) but Brawl is too big, and I'm not 100% sold on the exact hue he's made in. Most of the others don't initially appear to be worth the money. I'd pay maybe £20 for Gears and Swerve and even Beachcomber, at the right scale* but this pricing, and the two-pack-y-ness is putting me off. Will pass for now in the hopes that someone does an IDW/MTMTE Swerve. This one is admittedly awesomely G1 accurate, and whilst I had the original toy, it's the modern take on the character that I love and want in my collection.
