Only if we can agree to stop using CHUG as well.
That is my fondest wish, alas, it seems we can only dream of such a world.
In another thread I suggested making CHUG a banned word on the boards, much like a few other four letter words. Maybe I should start a thread petitioning for it?
I'd sign it.
Seconded.

Second of all: how much ar e these going to be?
My best estimation: about the price of the PP-01 faith leader and the PP-03 seeker jets.
Which was?
Around 100 - 120 each. But this is an estimation. I hope there is more info at BotCon this weekend.

Instead of selling these on their websites to make them available to fans, Hasbro chose to ship them overseas to make extra $$ because of the weak US Dollar. This is a business, and that was a business choice, but they then turned around and complained about not making money and taking huge quarterly losses. They also keep noting that Classics toys do not sell well. The toys were made, and are sitting in warehouses. Why not make them available to fans, cut out the middle man (TRU, Walmart, KMart, ect), make some extra $ and make the fans happy? To add insult to injury, there were several of the highly sought after toys that did NOT get USA distribution (Frenzy, Rumble, Windcharger.)
If history follows suit pertaining to the original TFTM and ROTF toy lines, we are in a long 2 - 3 year drought of nothing but movie toys. That's great news for movie enthusiasts. However, if you collect other lines, you will probably be screwed for a while. Which is why it's nice that companies like iGear, Fansproject, Perfect Effect, TFC, head robots and others are picking up the ball and keeping the fandom in play.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

If the people making these are the same as the people who made the iGear Arcee, 100-120 would be a very decent price for Voyager/Masterpiece Ironhide and Ratchet. Arcee is a very well designed and built toy.

Actually, wouldn't a voyager size van BE in scale with deluxe cars?
ae_productions wrote:Yeah, but people from Fansprojects, Headrobots and Perfect Effect don't go on to Transformers websites and call a fairly large proportion of the people "little bitches".
You are assuming I work for iGear. I do not. They have no affiliation with me, nor me to them.
Igear has not slandered any of the fans. That was all me. I did.
And yes, it is true. Fans are little bitches. Take a stroll through this topic alone.ae_productions wrote:Hasbro complains how they loose money.
I've never heard of anyone from Hasbro complain about this.
Then you have not bothered to read any of Hasbro's quarterly statements nor their comments about the classics line.ae_productions wrote:Yet, they make no effort to sell product fans want.
I'm a fan and they sell lots of things I want.

And yes, I agree with you. The iGear Ironhide and Ratchet are phenomenal toys. At least we see eye to eye on something.
Requiem Prime wrote:Very nice. I don't know exactly what happened to iGear, but I'm very glad it did.
DavidT wrote:I thought these were gonna be closer to voyager size for some reason. They appear to be deluxe size when pictured next to that Not-Viewfinder... Guess they'll fit in with Classics better.
Mkall wrote:Requiem Prime wrote:Very nice. I don't know exactly what happened to iGear, but I'm very glad it did.
Same here. Only thing that worries me is the rumoured scale of these two being voyagers instead of deluxes. I'm hoping for deluxe-sized to fit in with the rest of the G1-Classics line.
