Stopped by the following TRU stores in the western suburbs:

Bloomingdale
West Chicago / St Charles
Aurora
Joliet
75th St - Downer's Grove
Butterfield - Downer's Grove

Saw the NEST 2 packs at several TRU stores today, but no Arcee or Cybertron Mode Ratchet. The Butterfield store had 4 NEST 2 packs as of 5:00PM as well as a bunch of Mighty Muggs.

I'm guessing the stocking of these animated exclusives is more accidental than sporadic. I did come across 5 each of the Arcee and Ratchets today at the Matteson TRU, but as with other reports were not in the tru data base, so it took me 20 minutes to check out. I did grab all the arcees's for other board members, and left 2 ratchets behind. My gess though with the distribution is that come feb. they will be everywhere as reported with the upcoming Hasbro releases.

Lucky you. If anyone doesn't come through and you end up with an extra set, I'd love to get them off you so that I can do pics for Seibertron.com.

Hopefully they'll show up at toysrus.com soon.

Lil' Devy is cool as can be, and I can say "pound for pound" way better than the supreme counter part. The only drawback is the lack of articulation. There is only so much that you can do with a legends class figure compared to the supreme. This one though is actually number 2 for me in that size class. I ordered months ago from Robot Kingdom, and have had the Takara release since July '09. I just couldn't resist the superior display of the Hasbro Package. For $32 I'd defintely say it's worth it! Four NEST 2 packs at highland park toys r us. Three at schaumburg. Didn't notice at golf mill. None of these locations had Arcee or Ratchet.

Rolling meadow Wal-Mart has four windy city chase and four road rival showdown two packs left. Two legends class devastator sets as well. Happy hunting.

Nothing new at Crystal Lake Toys R Us or Walmart. Algonquin Walmart had one Bludgeon. Algonquin TRU and Target didn't have anything new either. I wants those Animated figures!

I've been finding some good deals on Universe Ultras & Voyagers at the Effingham Wal-Mart, all for $11. I picked up Dropshot, and I'm waiting to see if Hardhead drops a little lower in price before I snag him. Unfortunately I think I missed out on the red Powerglide repaint.

I don't think a single MP Skywarp sold here, because there's still a bunch of them on clearance for $30. When it gets closer to $20 I'm grabbin' him, because I don't think he's going anywhere anytime soon.

Nothing new at the Western TRU, the Riverside TRU or the Melrose Park TRU this morning. I didn't even see NEST sets at these stores. Another wasted day of gas.

I give up looking for Arcee and Ratchet until reports start coming in that they're showing up everywhere.

Out getting baby formula at Costco in Mt Prospect, stopped by the Target on Rand in Arlington Heights on Rand Rd. Found the new Target exclusive 2 packs of ROTF legends on the Action Figures aisle endcap. There were also 11 of the NEST Battlefield Bumblebee / Infiltration Soundwave 2 packs as well on the same endcap.

Crappy Target I went to didn't have the Legends 2-packs. Went to Walmart, looking for Legends Devastator, and found Supreme Dev on sale for $64- bought him for my wedding anniversary! Woo-hoo!

joliet wal mart on jefferson street had 8 legends dev funny thing is it was in clearance isle near the paint section for 25 bucks i was just wandering in that isle and almost flipped out when i saw him on clearance for a toy that just came out i bought one and left the rest

That is a great deal. 7 Legends class figures for $25 ... that's $3.57 a figure. Congrats!

Anyone see any signs of the TFA deluxes in the past couple of days at any of the Chicagoland TRU stores, Rockford, northwest Indiana, or southeast Wisconsin? Man I want to get my hands on those two figures so that I can bust out some galleries for them.

I haven't heard of anything regarding those two for a while. Frustrating...

Yes it is. What's even more frustrating is that they did show up a week ago at some stores. And to add insult to injury, you know that when they do start showing up that they're going to show up in crazy amounts and will no doubt be a peg sitter just like the rest of TRU exclusives.

Hey, I'm fine with that happening, because right now I'm paranoid about missing out on them. Hopefully the rest of the Animated line won't be exclusives too.

Target at the HIP in Chicago/Norridge had a ton of these on Tuesday afternoon. It could have a been a picture of the same display in truth.
