I picked up ironhide yesterday I swapped out the head, arms, and guns and gave them to my old one he looks awsome now also to whoever asked mudflap is not out yet has anybody seen mix or the fallen around niles?

I just looked at the 3 stores at Golf Mill yesterday (TRU, Walmart and Target) and didn't see anything new. It looks like TRU and Target are the place to find The Fallen at if you can find him.

As of 10am today there were 2 of The Fallen at the Crestwood Target. I've already gotten my fair share so I left them be. I would have posted sooner, but when I got in I crashed and just got back up. I also tried calling around rather than driving to Toys R Us' looking for Mixmaster and turned up a goose egg. Word from North Riverside though is they have a truck tomorrow. Not sure if that means stuff will be stocked for tomorrow, or Saturday though.

Hit the Wal Mart on Northridge in Rockford today. They have one Soundwave left which I left sicne I'd ordered mine from HasbroToyShop. That wasn't the surprise though. The surprise came in the STAR WARS aisle where I found the new AAT Battle Droid and Kitt Fisto SWTFs. Picked up the Droid since Fisto is just another freaking repaint and space in my basement is getting scarce.

The GF just got back from the same Target I was at earlier. They still have 2 of The Fallen in stock. The target is basically on 135th & Cicero out here by me in the south burbs. They also have 3 superion sets left. This is at about 3:15.

Ah, I so want The Fallen. Hopefully he'll start showing up in the northern 'burbs soon.

it's pretty easy my friend and I did it in about 15 mins plus I added some metalic sharpi to add some nice details. I wanted to take the chest piece too but it was on a pin is there a way to get that out?

I have a tool at home that is perfect for getting out those pins. I have a soft mallet hammer that I hit against something that's just slightly smaller than the size of the pin. After a couple of hits with the hammer, it knocks the pin out enough so that I can take it out. Once you figure out how to do it, it becomes easier. Maybe someone can point you in the direction of a tutorial online of how to do this.

Not exactly a sighting, but I figured I'd share...

Just got The Fallen in the mail today. Looks great in-hand. A lot of his little pieces are made out of bendable plastic, and he came with no missiles (which I found strange, being a voyager class). Another oddity, but one I find pretty entertaining is his feet are spring-loaded. Pick him up, and they snap shut, set him down and they splay open. Haven't transformed him yet. He's just standing chill next to Soundwave.

For those of you who are interested, a group of us are going to the Crown Village theater in Skokie off Touhy/Carpenter for the 12:01am showing of ROTF for the midnight showing on Tuesday night. I've already bought our tickets through Fandango.

Another group of us are planning to go to an 8 o'clock show on Wednesday night at Woodfield in Schaumburg but it doesn't appear the tickets are on sale yet for that AMC theatre.

Found Mighty Muggs Megatron at the Champaign Target on clearance for $8. I also bought some of those G1-themed 3-D battle cards, which look just like the ass-awful movie ones except recolored.

The TRU near Deerfield/Highland Park has a couple of Stratospheres. I'm not certain if he's supposed to have been released yet, but they had a couple last Thursday. And a ton of Whirl/Bludgeon two packs. Aside from that, pretty regular assortment.

The Toys R Us on Golf Road has a couple of the preview Soundwaves. You just need to dig through their display a little and you'll find them.

It sounds like TRUs are getting V-Megs and Mixmaster in before the other chains. I ordered mine through HTS - received an email yesterday that they are due to ship on June 15th. I'm assuming those two figures will start showing up more in stores about a week later, around June 22nd ... just in time for ROTF to hit the theatres.

I ordered a lot of stuff online for upcoming waves so that I didn't have to endlessly search through wave one stuff at the stores. I ordered deluxe wave 3 on Sunday through HTS with priority shipping and had it in hand on Wednesday. I've already started working on galleries for Cannon Bee, Interrogator Barricade, Mudflap and Ravage.

I also ordered Skywarp and Ramjet through Walmart.com. Both of those have already shipped and should arrive any day. Ordered the Fallen from Amazon and HasbroToyShop ... anyone's guess which one will arrive first, though HTS said it wouldn't ship until later in the month.

Ordered Mixmaster and Voyager Megatron when I ordered wave 3 deluxe ... HTS said those would ship on June 15th. Ordered the wave 3 FABs from HTS as well, and those have already shipped but have not arrived yet.

HTS ship dates seem to correspond with when cases are supposed to ship to retailers. Not always the rule, but it generally seems to coincide.

I have a case of wave 3 Legends on pre-order at BBTS.
